Organizational Values and Social Responsibility Why is corporate social responsibility an important and sometimes controversial construct? When and why should social responsibility be an organizational value? When is it not appropriate for social responsibility to be an organizational value? Why? How can social responsibility create value for an organization? How can it create a liability for an organization? Your initial post should be at least 300 words.
