so I left an attachment of the prompt but I’ve already described the American form of government and why the founders chose it, I just need recent real life policy examples regarding the American form of government which is representative democracy. My professor basically asked that we explain the mixture of Republican and Democratic elements that can be both beneficial and include some drawbacks. He said to think of a time in which the American people knew what the right thing to do was and the government didn’t do it. He said to think from the 1950s up into the modern period. He said to make sure that the example is nothing from the Founding period. He also said to think what it is that we call for democracy because things are working too slowly. I just don’t know any topics and this is due at 5PM PST for me. I know this isn’t hard to come up with but I’m stressed and I can’t think of anything. I put two pages because maybe you can come up with a couple real life policies so that I can take up space. I only have 2 pages in what I wrote so far, so these next two could help me reach my limit. there is no use of “I” and it’s not supposed to be anything that is our own opinion. Just it neutral with whatever you lean more towards, it’s more about the information.
